ASENCAMPING

PRODUCT SUPPORT / INFLATABLE TENTS

After-Sales Planning Starts with the Product Specification

Identify the model, isolate the issue and match every repair or replacement decision to the approved material and air-frame configuration.

ISSUE GUIDE

Describe the symptom before choosing the remedy.

The same symptom can come from different locations or operating conditions. A useful first report keeps diagnosis tied to the exact product.

01

Pressure loss

Identify the affected chamber, valve and possible seam area. Record when pressure changes and the inflation conditions.

02

Valve or air-beam issue

Send the model, valve position, close views and a wider image showing where the component sits in the frame.

03

Cover, floor or opening damage

Locate the panel, seam, zip, window or floor area and match it to the approved material and construction.

04

Moisture or water entry

Record weather, ventilation, contact points and both interior and exterior views before deciding whether the cause is condensation or water entry.

05

Packing or missing component

Use the packing list, carton or bag mark and clear images to identify the missing, damaged or mismatched item.

06

Repair or replacement planning

Confirm the material, component identity and service access before selecting a repair method or replacement route.

THE FIRST RESPONSE FILE

Send evidence that lets the factory locate the problem.

Do not send only a close-up. A complete report connects the detail to the tent, the supplied configuration and the conditions in which the symptom appeared.

Order and model
Order reference, model code, size, colour and the approved revision if available.
Issue location
A full-tent view plus a marked close view showing the exact valve, chamber, seam, panel or component.
Operating conditions
When the issue appeared, inflation method, recent weather, setup surface, cleaning and storage history.
Photo and video
Clear daylight images and a short video that shows the symptom without hiding the surrounding structure.
Requested outcome
State whether you need diagnosis, repair guidance, a matching component or planning for a repeat order.

MATCH THE SUPPLIED SET

Identify the exact component before planning service.

Valves, field hardware and packing vary by model and order. Photos and the approved packed-set record prevent a similar-looking part from being treated as interchangeable.

Two service valves fitted to an inflatable tent air beam beside the cover attachment edge
Valve type, position and access are recorded against the approved air-beam configuration.
01 / AIR SYSTEM

Record valve type and position.

Match the visible valve, access and surrounding air-beam construction to the supplied configuration before selecting a replacement route.

Tent guy lines with wooden tension adjusters prepared in the workshop
Guy lines and adjusters are matched to the final packed-set definition.
02 / FIELD COMPONENTS

Define lines and adjusters in the packed set.

Length, attachment method and adjuster choice belong in the order-specific component list.

Project-specific hard transit cases prepared for inflatable tent packing
A project-specific hard-case packing option; standard packing is defined for each model and order.
03 / PACKING OPTION

Plan transport protection for the application.

Hard cases are one project-specific option. Standard bags, cartons, labels and handling requirements are confirmed for each order.

BEFORE PRODUCTION

Define the service set with the product.

Support is easier when the sample, packed set and order documents identify the items that may need to be checked, repaired or reordered.

01

Identification

Model and revision labels help match materials and components to the supplied configuration.

02

Repair materials

Patch material, adhesive, tools and instructions are selected against the final fabric and air-beam specification.

03

Air system

Discuss valve, tube, chamber and service-access requirements for the selected air-frame design.

04

Operating documents

Agree setup, inflation, drying, folding, storage and issue-reporting information before production.

05

Order spares

For fleet or project use, define any additional service items in the quotation and final packed-set list.

SERVICE WORKFLOW

Use one traceable path from report to action.

The final response depends on the issue evidence, product record and the terms agreed for that order.

  1. 01

    Report

Send the product identity, issue location and operating evidence.

  2. 02

    Isolate

Separate valve, air-beam, seam, cover, floor, opening and packing possibilities.

  3. 03

    Match

Check the affected item against the approved model, material and component definition.

  4. 04

    Agree

Confirm the next action and any compatible repair or replacement item before work begins.

  5. 05

    Record

Keep the finding with the model revision so repeat orders and future service use the same definition.

BEFORE YOUR INQUIRY

Questions worth asking.

Can ASEN supply a replacement air beam or valve?

Availability and compatibility depend on the exact model, air-frame design, valve, sleeve access and order record. Send the model identity and issue evidence so the required component can be checked.

What should I send for a slow pressure-loss report?

Include the model, affected chamber if known, valve and seam close views, inflation method, the time over which pressure changes and a short video or sequence of photos. Do not cut or remove the air beam before the service route is confirmed.

Is moisture inside the tent always a fabric leak?

No. Condensation, ventilation, wet storage and water entry can produce different symptoms. Record the weather, opening configuration and interior and exterior contact points so the cause can be reviewed.

Can a cover or floor be repaired in the field?

That depends on the material, coating, damage location, size and loading around the area. Identify the exact panel and use only a repair method matched to the approved material.

What warranty applies to a custom order?

Warranty scope and handling terms are agreed for the selected product and order. Request the applicable terms with the quotation instead of relying on a general website statement.
